The Vineyard

Aging
The wine underwent 28 days of skin contact before aging in a combination of 40% 400-liter oak barrels and 60% 1,000-liter clay amphorae. Bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its natural character and complexity.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with rich fish, shellfish, roasted poultry, mature cheeses, and a variety of Asian-inspired dishes.
