The Vineyard
Grown in Berzé-la-Ville in the Mâconnais region of Burgundy, France. The vineyards are planted on sun-exposed slopes, benefiting from the region’s classic limestone-rich terroir that contributes freshness and precision to the wine.
Aging
Produced without oak aging to preserve the grape’s natural vibrancy and purity. Intended for youthful enjoyment and best consumed within approximately three years of harvest.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with charcuterie, escargots, fried fish and seafood, traditional sausages, and as a refreshing aperitif.
Sensory Profile
A fresh and elegant white wine with delicate fruit aromas, lively balanced acidity, and pronounced minerality typical of the limestone soils of the Mâconnais. The finish is clean, crisp, and refreshing.
