The Vineyard
Produced from carefully selected Chardonnay vineyards in the heart of the Mâconnais region of Burgundy, France. The region’s limestone-rich soils and cool climate contribute elegance, freshness, and aromatic precision to the wine.
Aging
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit purity. The wine is then aged on its lees (Sur Lie), adding texture, complexity, and depth while maintaining its vibrant character.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with fish and seafood, oysters, grilled chicken, pasta with delicate sauces, goat cheese, and soft cheeses.
Sensory Profile
Expressive aromas of green apple, ripe pear, citrus fruits, and white flowers, complemented by subtle mineral notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh, balanced, and elegant, with lively acidity and a clean, refined finish.
