The Vineyard
The vineyards are approximately 30 years old.
Aging
Nine months of aging in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by 20–24 months of bottle aging on the lees.
Food Pairing
Perfect as an aperitif, yet equally suited to accompany a full meal. Pairs beautifully with delicate desserts that feature natural acidity.
Sensory Profile
The Crémant de Loire opens with a cloud of fine, lively bubbles and a delicate, persistent mousse.
On the nose, aromas of acacia blossom and jasmine emerge, layered over subtle vanilla notes with a fresh hint of minty pepper.
On the palate, the wine is round, with a silky-creamy texture and gentle, caressing bubbles.
